IDENTIFIKASI JUMLAH BAKTERI ESCHERICHIA COLI PADA JAJANAN CILOK DI BEBERAPA SEKOLAH DASAR DI KOTA JAMBI PADA TAHUN 2024

Abstract

Cilok is a typical Bandung snack. Cilok is made from a mixture of processed meat, tapioca flour, wheat flour with celery pieces, and seasoning with garlic, salt, and pepper. The samples used in this study were 11 samples taken from several elementary schools in Jambi city. The tools used in this study are beker glasses (250mL and 500 mL), erlenmeyer (250mL and 500mL), measuring tubes (100mL and 10 mL), test tubes, test tube racks, petri dishes, bunsen, spatula, tweezers, pipettes, ose (round and needle), L rod, lighter, tip (1000? and 100?), micropipette (1000?L and 100?L), blender, autoclave, oven, incubator, refrigerator, laminar, vortex, scale, hot plate, magnetic stirr, tissue, cotton, heat-resistant plastic, handscoon, mask, solution for Gram staining (KKU, lugol, 90% alcohol, safranin), microscope, immersion oil, waste paper, durham tube. The materials used are snack samples, EMBA (Eosin Methylene Blue Agar), Nutrient Agar (NA), Nutrient Broth (NB) media, aquadest, 70% alcohol and 96% alcohol, aluminum foil, cotton, tissues, newspapers, matches. So it was found that the results of the study were that sample 1 was the sample with the least number of colonies, namely 1.4 x 10³ CFU/gram and was the only sample that did not exceed the threshold. And sample sample 4 is the sample with the highest number of colonies, which is 8.5 x 10³.
