FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN STUNTING PADA BALITA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS RANTAU SULI TAHUN 2023

Abstract

The incidence of stunting in children under 5 years of age in Indonesia is still relatively high. Factors related to the incidence of stunting need to be known in an effort to reduce the high incidence of stunting and prevent it. This study aims to determine the factors related to the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Rantau Suli Community Health Center Working Area in 2023. The research population is all toddlers who suffer from stunting in the Rantau Suli Community Health Center Working Area in 2022, totaling 64 people with a total sampling of 64 people with 64 case groups and 64 control groups. The research instrument used a checklist sheet and was analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. The research results showed that there was a relationship between maternal age, history of exclusive breastfeeding, level of education and economic status and the incidence of stunting among toddlers in the Rantau Suli Community Health Center Work Area in 2023.
