Abstract
Anemia is better known to the public as anemia, below normal or what is called hemoglobin (HB) with a normal level of 11 gr/dl for women and 13 gr/dl for men in adolescents. The preventive dose is by giving one blood supplement tablet every week and it is recommended to take one Fe tablet every day during menstruation. Apart from that, providing non-pharmacological therapy is also effective in increasing hemoglobin levels. This research uses an approach with a quasi-experimental design (quasi-experimental) pre test and post test intervention with control group design to determine the effect of treatment in the intervention group by comparing it with the control group. The population in this study were all young women in the Madrasah Aliyah Raudhatul Muhajjirin Islamic boarding school area with a total sample of 36 respondents for 3 groups. The results in this research were that some respondents in the intervention group and control group had the lowest pretest hemoglobin levels, namely 7.7 gr% and the highest 11.9%. The average value before the green bean juice intervention was 9.30 gr% and after 14.820 gr%, while the soy milk intervention group was 9.30 gr% and after 15.50 gr%. From the results of the paired T-Test, there was an influence on the hemoglobin levels of adolescent girls by giving green bean juice and soy milk between the intervention group and the control group at MA Raudhatul Muhajjirin with (p-value 0.000).The conclusion obtained in this study is that there is an effect of giving green bean juice and soy milk on increasing hemoglobin levels in young women in MA Raudharul Muhajjirin, Muaro Jambi Regency in 2024
