Hubungan Paritas dan KPD Dengan Kejadian Partus Lama di RSUD REDEN MATTAHER Kota Jambi Tahun 2024

Abstract

Partus lama Persalinan yang terjadi lebih dari 24 jam pada primigravida dan lebih dari 18 jam pada multigravida. Persalinan lama yang disertai komplikasi dan janin.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggetahui adanya hubungan paritas dan ketuban pecah dini dengan kejadian partus lama di RSUD Raden Mattaher Provinsi Jambi tahun 2024. Hasil uji statistik chi-square disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan paritas dengan kejadian partus lama dengan nilai OR 7,629 (3,689-15,776). Sedangkan ketuban pecah dini (> 6 jam) mengalami  partus lama sebanyak 81 (54,0%) dan ketuban pecah dini (<6 jam ) sebanyak 69 (46,0%) responden. Dari hasil uji chi-square di peroleh nilai p-valeu 0,000 (p<0,05) disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan ketuban pecah dini dengan kejadian partus lama dengan nilai OR 4,571 (2,292-9,116). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan paritas dan ketuban pecah dini dengan kejadian partus lama.

Abstract
 

               The old part of labor occurs more than 24 hours at the primigravida and more than 18 hours in multigravida. Long labor with complications and fetus.The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between parity and premature rupture of membranes with the incidence of prolonged delivery in Raden Mattaher General Hospital Jambi Province in 2018.The results of the chi-square p-value statistic test = 0,000 (p <0.05) concluded that there was a relationship between parity and the incidence of prolonged labor with an OR value of 7,629 (3,689-15,776). Whereas premature rupture of membranes (> 6 hours) experienced a long period of 81 (54.0%) and premature rupture of membranes (<6 hours) as many as 69 (46.0%) respondents. From the results of the chi-square test obtained the value of p-valeu 0,000 (p <0.05) concluded that there was a relationship between premature rupture of membranes and the incidence of prolonged delivery with an OR of 4,571 (2,292-9,116). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between parity and premature rupture of the membranes with the incidence of prolonged labor.
