HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN REMAJA DAN PERAN ORANG TUA DENGAN SIKAP PENCEGAHAN TRIAD KRR PADA REMAJA DI SMKS KELUARGA BUNDA JAMBI

Abstract

Permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi (tiga resiko ancaman dasar Kes. Reep/TRIAd KRR) merupakan hal yang rentan dan sering dialami oleh remaja. Hasil SDKI (2017) menunjukkan 59% remaja wanita dan 74% remaja pria melaporkan mulai berhubungan seksual pertama kali pada umur 15-19 tahun, dengan persentase tertinggi pada umur 17 tahun (19%), baik pria maupun wanita. Penambahan jumlah infeksi HIV pada penduduk berusia 15-19 tahun di Indonesia tahun 2017 telah mencapai 1.729 kasus. Kemudian angka penyalahgunaan narkoba di kalangan pelajar di tahun 2018 (dari 13 ibukota provinsi di Indonesia) mencapai 2,29 juta remaja. Oleh karena itu peran orang tua dalam mendidik anak dan mendorong anak agar mencapai kehidupan yang lebih layak
Penelitian ini merupakan survey analitik dg desain cross sectional. Tehnik sampling menggunakan proportionate stratified dg jumlah sampel 44 responden. Penelitian dilakukan di SMKS Keluarga Bunda Jambi analisis data menggunakan Rank Spearman.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dengan sikap pencegahan TRIAD KRR (nilai p value 0,000 <0.05), sedangkan peran orang tua dengan sikap pencegahan terhadap TRIAD KRR nilai p value 0,668 (p>0.05). Oleh karena itu dapat di simpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap pencegaha TRIAD KRR pada remaja, dan tidak ada hubungan antara peran orang tua terhadap pencegaha TRIAD KRR pada remaja.

Abstract
Reproductive health problems (three basic risks of Kes. Reep/TRIAd KRR) are something that teenagers are vulnerable to and often experience. The results of the IDHS (2017) show that 59% of female adolescents and 74% of male adolescents reported starting to have sexual relations for the first time at the age of 15-19 years, with the highest percentage at the age of 17 years (19%), for both men and women. The increase in the number of HIV infections in the population aged 15-19 years in Indonesia in 2017 has reached 1,729 cases. Then the figure for drug abuse among students in 2018 (from 13 provincial capitals in Indonesia) reached 2.29 million teenagers. Therefore, the role of parents is in educating children and encouraging children to achieve a more decent life
This research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified with a sample size of 44 respondents. The research was conducted at SMKS Keluarga Bunda Jambi, data analysis used Spearman Rank.

The results of the research show that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards preventing TRIAD KRR (p value 0.000 <0.05), while the role of parents and attitudes towards preventing TRIAD KRR has a p value of 0.668 (p>0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards preventing TRIAD KRR in adolescents, and there is no relationship between the role of parents in preventing TRIAD KRR in adolescents.
