EFEKTIVITAS AKUPRESUR PADA TITIK PERIKARDIUM 6 (PC6) TERHADAP EMESIS GRAVIDARUM PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER I DI PUSKESMAS KUALA ENOK TAHUN 2024

Abstract

Pregnancy is something that is experienced as a characteristic of women. Pregnancy is also accompanied by physical and mental changes. Changes that occur both physically and mentally due to various factors during pregnancy cause various complaints or discomfort during pregnancy. Physiological and mental changes such as hormonal changes, namely changes in Human Constant Gonadrophin (hCG) which cause nausea and vomiting in pregnant women in the final trimester. This research uses a quasi-experimental design approach (Quasi Experiment) pre test post test intervention with control group design to determine the effect of treatment in the intervention group by comparing with the control group the population size in this study of all pregnant women in the Kuala Enok Community Health Center area. in May-July 2024. The total sample was 34 respondents. The results of this research were that some respondents in the intervention group and the control group had scores in the mild emesis gravidarum category (? 6), 0, moderate (7-12), 25, severe (? 13), 9. After the intervention, the scores in the mild emesis gravidarum category (? 6) were carried out. ) as many as 34 according to the sample in this study. From the results of the paired T-Test, there was an effect of Acupressure Massage at Point P6 on Emesis Gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women in the intervention group and control group with a P-value of 0.000. The conclusion obtained in this study is that there is an influence of acupressure massage at point P6 on Emesis Gravidarum in pregnant women in the first trimester at the Kuala Enok Community Health Center in 2024
