Pengaruh Senam Hamil Terhadap Kualitas Tidur Ibu Hamil Tm III Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Penurunan Kota Bengkulu
Abstract
Background: The National Sleep Foundation states 97.3% of third trimester
pregnant women always wake up at night an average of 3-11 times each night,
and an average of about 78% of pregnant women in America experience sleep
disorders and only 1.9% of women do not wake up at night during the third
trimester of pregnancy and pregnant women who experience disturbed sleep
patterns can interfere with physical health, such as body weakness and
decreased endurance so it is susceptible to disease. This research aims to study
the effect of pregnancy exercise on the sleep quality of TM III pregnant women in
the working area of Bengkulu City Health Center.This type of research uses
quasi-experimental (Pre-Experimental). Researchers used a research design in
the form of one group pretest-posttest design ie there was no comparison group
(control). The population in this study were all TM III pregnant women who
performed pregnancy exercises at BPM "S" taken porposive sampling obtained
by 32 people. The data collection in this study used primary data through the
treatment of pregnancy exercises and the distribution of questionnaires. Data
analysis of this research uses univariate and bibvariat analysis with Data
Normality Test and Paire t-Test dependent.The results obtained: From 32
samples obtained the average value of sleep quality before pregnancy exercises
is equal to 9.22; From 32 samples obtained the average value of sleep quality
after pregnancy exercise is equal to 4.34 and. There is an effect of pregnancy
exercise on the sleep quality of pregnant women TM III in the work area of the
Decreased Health Center in Bengkulu City, with the category of close influence
.Suggestions: In all midwives are expected to perform pregnancy exercise
program in order to reduce the complaints of insomnia in pregnant women.
